2. Services
Our services may include photography, videography, editing, event coverage, promotional videos, corporate content, social media content, and other media production services.
Service details, packages, prices, availability, and timelines may change from time to time. Any final service agreement, quotation, or invoice will confirm the specific services included.
3. Bookings
Bookings are only confirmed once PearFilms has accepted the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for providing correct booking details, including date, time, location, contact information, event details, and any special requirements.
4. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, the quotation may be updated if service requirements, location, travel, editing scope, or project details change.
Additional work not included in the original quote may be charged separately.
5. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed on the quotation or invoice.
PearFilms may require a deposit to secure a booking. Final files, edited content, or completed work may only be released once full payment has been received.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a booking, the client must inform PearFilms as soon as possible.
Deposits may be non-refundable if the date has already been reserved, work has started, or costs have already been incurred.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate project and booking information
Arriving on time for shoots or events
Ensuring access to the venue or location
Getting permission for photography or filming where needed
Informing PearFilms about any restrictions, rules, or requirements at the location
Providing feedback or approvals within reasonable timeframes
8. Delivery of Work
PearFilms will aim to deliver completed work within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times may depend on the project size, editing requirements, client feedback, workload, and any unforeseen delays.
Final files may be delivered digitally through a download link, online gallery, email, cloud folder, or another agreed method.
9. Edits and Revisions
The number of revisions included will depend on the package, quote, or project agreement.
Additional revisions, major changes, or new requests outside the original scope may be charged separately.
10. Copyright and Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, PearFilms retains copyright ownership of the photographs, videos, raw footage, edited files, and creative work produced.
Clients receive usage rights for the final approved content for personal, business, social media, or promotional use, depending on the agreed project.
Clients may not sell, license, edit, alter, or transfer the content to third parties without written permission from PearFilms, unless this has been agreed beforehand.
11. Portfolio and Marketing Use
PearFilms may use selected images, videos, behind-the-scenes content, or project results for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests privacy in writing before the project begins.
12. Raw Footage and Original Files
Raw footage, unedited images, project files, and working files are not automatically included unless specifically agreed in writing.
If raw files are requested, additional fees may apply.
13. Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may not be available where work has already started, services have already been provided, the booking date was reserved, or costs have already been incurred.
If PearFilms is unable to provide the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, we will discuss a suitable solution with the client.
14. Limitation of Liability
PearFilms will take reasonable care when providing services. However, PearFilms is not responsible for delays, interruptions, venue restrictions, weather conditions, power failures, client delays, third-party issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
15. Website Use
You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, or use website content, images, videos, branding, or text without written permission from PearFilms.
16. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website, booking forms, enquiries, or communication will be used to provide services, respond to enquiries, manage bookings, and communicate with clients.
